David Tooley brings a wealth of business experience, passion, and a deep sense of responsibility and integrity to his role as a Realtor in the suburban Philadelphia area.

Dave had a very successful career in retail management spanning nearly 40 years. His job responsibilities ranged from an entry level position up to Store Director in a leading supermarket chain. He then was promoted into the corporate office as a senior Project and Process Improvement manager (Six Sigma Certified) for 2 years. Dave accepted a position with the nationally leading Home Improvement retailer as a Store Manager in 2006 and managed high volume “big box” retail stores generating over $65M in annual sales with total P&L and personnel oversight responsibility.

In 2013 Dave retired from the retail world and became licensed as a Realtor in Pennsylvania. Since that time he has handled multiple real estate transactions ranging from first time home buyers to luxury home listings and sales. His extensive business management and personnel experience combined with loyalty, tenacity, negotiating, communication, and problem solving skills have served him well in the Real Estate field. Dave is currently working with the Springer Realty Group out of their Blue Bell office. The Springer Realty Group has been growing nicely since 2009, opening offices in Exton, Limerick, Wyomissing, and most recently Blue Bell. Dave is a member of the National, State, and County Association of Realtors, and holds designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
